Snow People

It's July 1 and that means it's time for a new challenge at One Crazy Stamper! It is also Canada's Birthday today - Happy 150th Birthday Canada!

The challenge this month is Anything Goes (except digital stamps) using a High Hopes Rubber Stamp! I decided to pull out a Christmas Stamp - I now officially have my second Christmas card of 2017 done - Yay me!

Allow me to introduce you to "Crystal Snow Lady".....isn't she adorable?! I love my snow people and she is perfect for the gardener in your life isn't she?

I started by colouring my stamp with alcohol markers and cutting it out with a stitched square. I found some fun paper from MME to use for this sweetie. Originally I was going to go with snow flake paper since it's a snow person and all but this "garden feel" paper just seemed to work better. I added some icicle Stickles to the centre of the snowflakes and the poinsettia - I like a touch of bling! Some matching ribbon and sparkly silver gumdrops finish off my card.
