It's A Girl

It's Wednesday and that means my turn to share another cutie from the Baby Boom new release at High Hopes Stamps.

Today's card brought to you by this cutie "Crawling Baby Girl" and the "It's A Girl" sentiment.

After colouring the stamp with alcohol markers I cut it out using a stitched square die. I paper pieced her diaper just for fun! I used a fish banner to create the banner for my sentiment, stamped it and then popped it up with pop dots. A fishtail banner of patterned paper, twine, gumdrops and a feet embellishment finish off my card.

Just Arrived

We're having a Baby Boom at High Hopes Rubber Stamps!
I hope you've had a chance to hop along on our new release blog hop

Now, on to my card for today. I am using "Swaddled Baby Girl" and the "Just Arrived" sentiment from the new release.  As part of this month's challenge, we have the option of using a sketch. This is my take on it.

The Sketch

After colouring this cutie with alcohol markers, I cut it out with a Lacey circle die. Paper from Doodlebug was perfect for this stamp. A pink marker was used to add some fun pink dots to her blanket.  I stamped my sentiment and fussy cut around it and finished off my card with a few sparkly gumdrops.

Card Recipe
Stamp: Swaddled Baby Girl (RR005)
Sentiment: Just Arrived (HH027)
Patterned Paper: Sugar and Spice - Doodlebug
Pink Marker - Staedler, Lacey Circle die - Spellbinders, Fish Tail Banner die - YNS, Magical Pastel Sparkly gumdrops - YNS

Spectrum Noir Markers: LG1 LG2 LG3 FS5 FS2 TN2 FS8 PP1 PP3 EB6 EB5
